Ms. Libby Taylor is a delightful 18 year old young lady who has been riding
and enjoying the sport of O-Mok-See for many years. She currently resides
in Frenchtown, Montana and is attending the University of Montana. She
has been riding a Quarter Horse mare named Secret both at Nationals and
state shows for the last several years. Libby is also competitive in team
roping and has been an active member of her high school and college rodeo
teams.

Currently awaiting an update from Libby about her contributions to NSCA
as Queen so far during her reign.

Duties of NSCA Reigning Royalty
NSCA SCholarship Recipeints
Duties of NSCA Reigning Royalty

1. Reigning Royalty shall make every effort to attend the NSCA's annual
business meeting. Reigning Royalty shall attend the following year's
National O-Mok-See.

2. Royalty shall ride in at least one home state/town parade as an NSCA
representative.

3. Perform at least two to five hours of community service in their home
state/town as an NSCA representative. This should include anything that
exposes the public to the sport of O-Mok-See and could entail speaking at
local grade schools, local radio programs or state/county fairs, etc.

4. Reigning Royalty are encouraged to keep a record of the duties they
perform durining the year so that they may report what they have done
during the next NSCA National O-Mok-See.

5. Reigning Royalty shall perform fund raising for the Royalty and
Scholarship programs.




The National Saddle Clubs Association Inc. annually sponsors scholarships
for outstanding youth. The scholarships are perpetuated through memorial
funds, endowments, state and club donations, and individual donations.

Any qualified youth will be provided scholarship application forms upon
request. The scholarship committee will carefully review applications.

These scholarships will be awarded annually at the National O-Mok-See
Awards Banquet.

The grants from the NSCA Scholarship Fund will be payable to an
institution in which the recipient wishes to further his or her educational
endeavors and shall be nontransferable from the person receiving the
award. If a scholarship has been awarded and the recipient has not entered
an institution of higher education witin four (4) years from graduating
from high school, the NSCA will resend the scholarship and return the
funds to the NSCA Scholarship Fund. Exceptions will be made in the case of
sabbatical, mission, or military service, in which case the NSCA Secretary
must be notified prior to the four-year expiration.

Any boy or girl meeting the following requirements will be an eligible
nominee for the Scholarship Award: A member of a NSCA family who is
either a current high school student, or attending an institute of higher
learning such as a Trade School, Junior College, University, etc.

The application must be made on an official application form and must be
filled out and signed by the person applying for the scholarship. Two (2)
letters of personal recommendation as to the applicant's scholastic ability
and general character should be attached to the application. It is to each
applicant's advantage to submit a very complete, neat, and informative
application because of the competition and degree of acquired skills.

Selection for this scholarship are to be done by a committee of four (4)
NSCA members from four (4) different states that are not related to any of
the scholarship applicants for that year that will be appointed annually. The
committee will review the applications and may, if they choose, request a
personal interview with the applicants.

All applications must be returned to the NSCA Secretary, postmarked by
July 1, 2010, to be considered for these scholarships.
